Many years ago, Matt’s grandmothers and his great aunt transitioned to nursing homes in their later years. These homes were effective at managing medication, safety, basic nutrition, and relative comfort, however, all three loved ones regressed after their transition to a nursing home. Matt often thought there had to be a better way.
